Shipping & Returns



We care about the satisfaction of our customers. If you have ordered the wrong item or size and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order as long as you have proof of purchase.


 1.     Contact us and report your return and the reason for it. Only items in their original unopened packaging or in an unused condition may be returned.


 2.     Mail the product back to us. Please retain a tracking number or delivery reference.

 3.     Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to see that it has been unused or opened. If we are satisfied that your return meets the requirements, you will receive the refund in the form of a STORE CREDIT equivalent to the value you paid for it. However all shipping costs incurred by us (including the cost of us to send any item sold with FREE POSTAGE) will be deducted from the refundable credit. The return shipping from you, the customer, will not be covered.


 4.     Clearance and sale items may not be returned.


 5.     If rackets have been purchased with the inclusion of stringing then they are not refundable.


Badminton Supplies S.A. reserves the right to refuse the return or charge up to 30% restocking fee if the item(s) are not in resalable condition.



Manufacturer and Defect warranty claims


If you think that you may have received a defective product, please follow the steps below for your replacement or refund. All claims are seriously taken into account.

1.     Firstly please make contact with us and we will begin the investigation process. You may take photos and attach it along with your email to speed up the process.

2.     Please note we do not make decisions for the granting of any warranty claims. All decisions made are subject to the Brand’s authorized distributor or the manufacturer themselves.

3.     If we think the product may be defective, we will kindly request you to send it back to us.

4.     Upon receiving it, we will immediately inspect them and forward it to the respective distributors or manufacturer.

5.     When we have been advised that a manufacturer is found and the warranty claim is successful, we will send you a replacement immediately.



Racket Terms and Conditions for Warranty Claim


  • Claims must be made within 6 months from the date you receive the product.
  • Cut the strings on the broken frame but DO NOT remove the strings. Strings removed from the frame may not be processed.
  • Paint chips and/or cosmetic damages do not qualify for warranty claim.
  • Damages as a result of clashing of rackets or hitting the floor are not eligible for warranty claim.
  • All rackets must have their string bed cut out immediately after breaking a string or any resulting frame cracks from uneven tension on the racket will not be covered by warranty.
  • Stringing the racquet exceeding its recommended tension or incorrectly to the manufacture’s recommendations will fail the warranty claim process.
  • All rackets must be strung by a professional racket stringer. Damage caused by unprofessional stringers or poor quality stringing machines will not be covered.
  • Successful warranty claims for discontinued or Limited Edition racquets that are no longer available will be replaced with similar product with equivalent trade value.







We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
