Sonic Flare System
Improved shot speeds by positioning high modulus graphite at the top and bottom of the frame. SUPER HMG graphite utilized at the top of the frame, and a highly strong yet elastic graphite, called TORAYCA® M40X, along the bottom greatly improves the stability of the frame and the repulsion performance of the racket.
Reimagining Frame Shape
The new Aero Frame is both highly aerodynamic, allowing for fast and easy swings, while maintaining a profile that allows the frame to compress on impact with the shuttle, and snap back, much like a trampoline, launching the shuttle from the face of the racket.

Every racket has its own character & I don't claim to know what is the best for you. I have experience with some 30 odd high end rackets from Victor & Yonex, & can say that the best rackets for any player will depend on the individual's style of play and what the individual seeks in terms of qualities such as control, swing speed, power, etc.
As for myself, I am an older intermediate/advanced player who plays mainly doubles. The rackets I enjoy using are those offering good power, very quick swing speed and fine control. I tend to favor rackets which are head light or even balanced, though I do carry several head heavy rackets (ZF2, Astrox 99) for occasions when I have this strong urge to smash at everything!
Still, advanced players will be quick to point out that brutal smashes from the base lines will rarely be enough nowadays to score points and on this note, is it really necessary to have the most powerful racket in the world to play with? In most cases, the answer is no. But the ability to generate enough power from the back to trouble your opponents is most certainly welcome.
Nanoflare 700 is one of my favoured Yonex rackets because it is light and fast. Despite these attributes, the 4U version which I use is capable of respectable smashing power.
Clearing from base line to base line is easy. Defensive play such as smash retrievals & blocks are what makes this racket a delight to use.
In many ways, playing with the Nanoflare 700 is similar to playing with a Victor Jetspeed 10 or the more recent Auraspeed 90s.
Highly recommended.
